We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation of our equipment and assisting in the maintenance of our facilities and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, diesel after treatment systems, air brakes, and general equipment operating abilities.
Duties: Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and machinery to identify and address any issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Perform tasks as assigned by management, including cleaning, painting, and other general maintenance duties.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest equipment and maintenance techniques.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including electrical circuitry, air brakes, and diesel after treatment systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with an ohmmeter and other testing equipment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week with some overtime
